Poor timing on service when i finally needed their help

I’m paying because I thought I’d easily get my bike back, but it’s taking a week atleast just for them to validate the claim. Disappointing

I understand that, but I hope you understand I am not measuring in response time. I'm measuring in how quickly I'm able to get back to biking again, and that's what's taking longer than I expected.
