I received good customer service start to finish , kept updated
on order and any inquiry's were delt with promptly.
Items seem fine still...
The bed was late to what was advertised on their website, while this wasn't a huge delay it would be better to be more realistic about your own stock and delivery. And if you don't have it in stock...
