The travel cot we had requested was not in the house and we had trouble getting through to anyone to rectify this- not helped by the lack of mobile phone signal. It was all sorted out in time though...

no "excellent" because of the slowly (or not) answer on writing an proper invoice for our accounting. but in times of the storm and the electricity problems I had an excellent impression on best of...
