There is no doubt that Covid affected the normally high response standards that Bentons had shown before. Thus the 4 stars instead of 5, but we would happily recommend them as first choice agents.

Would not recommend using them if you believe in customer service!

We were selling. No-one available to do viewings, no call to tell us we’d had an offer, no emails replied to, no congratulations on exchange/completion days. Absolutely appalling. VERY unprofessional...
