Exceptional customer support employees @BenQ
The two people I was in contact with about getting my projector replaced both offered exceptional service. They made a complicated situation of needing two projectors replaced extremely easy for me.

Excellent support of legacy products
Was able to very quickly find a replacement bulb for a 10-year old projector, had it shipped to my door and it fit perfectly. REALLY appreciate that you folks continue to support legacy products.

Can't even return an item
No way to return! There's no self-service return process available, and you have to contact the 'support team' - which never get back to you. BenQ products are fine, but benqdirect.com customer...
