We were given the wrong measurements, delivery was late and half the order was missing, when I questioned the measurements I was told it was my fault because I didn't ask for the "European" size?

If customers are unsure of whether furniture will fit we also offer a free of charge measure & design service which we can see you used on your previous order.
I have been a customer for many years. I love the furniture ranges they offer. I have found Shahram (furniture advisor) and Darren (fitter) especially helpful.
