The connection between BCU people was prompt & clear making it a shorter waiting time for details. The 2 main BCU girls were extremely efficient & competent, as well as being easy to talk to.
Professional service n very friendly especially Suzie the loans lady she's a lovely lady n a credit to ur business .she had my loan sorted in no time very very happy dealing with her n would do it...
I found my service provider extremely helpful and was always ready to help with any issues I had throughout the loan process.

Well done. Id give her 10 stars...
This process was invasive and left us feeling like second-rate citizens.
