Thanks for your feedback. Yes we are looking at changing our courier. Unfortunately we are being let down time and time again by Toll Ipec. I have asked our technician Daryl to call you regarding the fan, not sure if there is an issue or as you said just nosier than expected. It should run at about 45 decibels. This fridge has double Low E glass on it, so condensation should only be a problem when the humidity is over 80% Hope we can get this sorted for you.
