After receiving your travel system, the repair team noticed that you tried to repair this yourself using unsatisfactory methods which resulted in making the original issue worse, and hence invalidated your product warranty. In normal circumstances a repair and parts charge would have been incurred, however we decided not to carry out this, and repair your travel system free of charge. Our customer service team kindly requested for you to leave a review, based on the speed and free of charge repair of which you duly obliged. I am sorry that the service you received was unsatisfactory and we will endeavor to improve this.
