Absolutely incredible customer service- Jamie and Richard were so so helpful and even contacted me once i placed my order to confirm shipping etc. Never had such amazing customer service.

The delivery is lengthy. I ordered my item in the first week of February and still have not received it. I appreciate there are Mail delays at present but I’ve had no updates nor am not reassured it...
