The parts were wonderfully wrapped and protected, however the delivery company really managed to batter and break a few parts. Luckily the kitchenkit customer service is top notch.

I'll make this clear. The company service and product are fine. Units are everything I expected, I just couldn't give 5 stars for a faultless transaction, because it wasn't, so I've highlighted an area to be looked at. Nothing else, and yes, I would likely use them again.
