Sorry to hear that your tracksuit was not to the best quality. I have searched our inboxes and cannot find anything from you. Could I please ask for you to email info@bcouturelondon.com with photos of the damaged tracksuit, so we can arrange a replacement to be processed.
Pockets are ridiculous too small. This tracksuit has cost me more as I dropped my phone. Can't fit anything in the pockets and the tracksuit does not look right in appearance. Looks like it has been...

Our new tracksuits have now had the pockets resized and measured to ensure phones fit in correctly.

Hi Taylor,
Sorry to hear that this happened. I have now looked into this and can see that the day your order was placed, we unfortunately suffered a system error on our website. As explained to you via email our website was not updating the quantities correctly as items were sold. This meant items oversold. A full refund and our sincere apologies were issued.
