Poor service

Very difficult to get through on the phone to start a claim, you have to register to be able to speak to the GP , they make it sound so easy when you take the policy out but it's not.

Think twice and double confirm your policy details

My doctor couldn't find my details stopping me from using my paid insurance. Only signed up due to needing convincing after having a baby. Feel cheated and ripped off.

Disappointing

Having been told that Axa would fully cover my cataract operations, I was pretty u impressed when they paid for a small amount and left me to pic up the rest, which was just short of £1000. I think...

The service is good but it comes with a huge monthly premium.

The service from the staff is good but this should be expected as the CNN premium paid is enormous in comparison to what is offered.
