We understand your consultant has since contacted you to apologise - He had been waiting to receive an update from the client, however now appreciates it would have been better to touch base throughout the post-interview process, regardless.
We are always striving to improve our service so have taken your comments on board and will do our best to ensure lessons are learned.
We hope you will consider using ARM again.

Long term customer coming back to ARM
I was contacted about the job offer on Monday, replied on Tuesday, had the interview on Thursday morning and had the job offer on Thursday afternoon.
