Yes please, I would like someone from AquaLift to contact me urgently. It is a very unsafe device when in water. The demonstration in my sitting room did not reveal its flaw in the bath.

I liked the product very much but find the seat inconvenient and dangerous. When I sat on it after bathing I found it very slippery and almost landed on the floor.
