Laminating Pouches Poor Quality

The laminating pouches received do not open fully at one end which seems to have been sealed more than the other, the other side is fine but it is the same on all the pouches so far and doesn't look...

I have checked our records and can confirm your order was dispatched via UPS on the 16/11/2016. Unfortunately we had not been advised by UPS that delivery had failed and the first we knew of it was from reading your review.
