Thank you for your review. This request for feedback relates to the service you have received from our Sales Team in booking your trip to Orlando later this year. We have checked the records of previous bookings with us and cannot find any holidays to New York at Christmas time. It would be great if you could clarify if this was perhaps booked under a different name? Best regards, Karolina.
