Thank you for your comments which we have read and taken on board. We understand that some internet retailers offer free delivery over a certain value, we do for orders over £150. However we do send all orders using an insured service which has the benefit of next day delivery and a time slot; this service costs us more than we charge our customers. We are sorry if you feel the leather is not of the highest quality, Daines & Hathaway have been producing leather goods since 1922 and make a lot of Harrods own brand products. If we had been notified of this at the time of receipt we would of course offered an exchange or refund with you. Kind regards, Harriet Customer Services

We appreciate your feedback and of course apologise for the error we made in sending you the incorrect item; this is a very unusual occurrence and may explain why the advice you received seemed a little unclear. Whilst we can only apologise for our error I hope the fact that a collection was arranged and the correct order dispatched immediately hasn’t completely put you off shopping with us again. Amara's service was excellent. Order shipped promptly. It was a shame that courier was not so good and left my parcel at the wrong address so took longer to arrive at no fault of Amara.
