Perfect service
Very easy and sufficient way of booking on, found it very quick which is always nice when booking a get away. Also gives perfect amount of information to allow me to understand what I’m booking

Internal problem affected ability tobook
I tried about 10 times over a few days to book and repeatedly got a message to say internal problem and contact customer services

Stay for next April, 2021
The site was easy to navigate but it would have been helpful if there had been a calendar that you could have compared availability for different dates. I had to keep searching for different days...

Would of liked to ask questions instead of guessing before booking ,only option to book online which isn’t suitable for every customer
