Easy service to use, straightforward, fully detailed and very quick. Like the confirmation screen and follow up emails as well.

Money taken and hotel isn’t even open. Furious
I booked a room and paid and then only afterwards was made aware that the hotel is actually closed!! Only able to get vouchers back! Shouldn’t let you book with being shut. Total fraud.

Easy to book on line and customer service team excellent
I booked on line and then had to adapt our stay - the customer service team who helped could not have done any more - a huge thank you to them all
