Easy booking on website and then follow up booking on the telephone excellent when my card declined. Prompt and courteous service.

Fantastic service
The lady I spoke to on the phone was so helpful, so patient and really polite. An absolute credit to AT and sorted everything out for me to move my booking.

Your online booking service is poor.
I tried to book online. I approved the transaction with the bank and your system came up with an error. When we came to book again the deal had gone up in price. Speaking with the customer service...

Poor voucher system
They issued a voucher due to COVID cancellation automatically. No contact number. No Customer service. No email address. They cancelled due to COVID now we have to pay 50% more for the same stay...
