Friendly
Very helpful when I added an extra room to my existing booking.
It took a long time to get through but it was nice to be dealt with so efficiently.

It's not clear if I'm meant to be reviewing Alton Towers Holidays or "the booking service"?!?
The "booking service" no longer lets you add requests/info to your booking. The hotel was OK as ever, though now they've removed the early entry time for guests, there's no real reason to stay there...
