The service was good. However the beds were ridiculously uncomfortable. The mattresses was so thin. The chalet was too hot not to have windows open but there was a lot of street noise.
We could not have asked for anything more from our Ski Trip. Our host, Shay, was always on hand to help. Her meals were delicious and she had not trouble catering for all of our weird dietary...
Great service from start to finish. Shay our chalet host and all the drivers could not do any more for the group and nothing was too much trouble.
