Thank you for your recent feedback, we are sorry to hear that you felt you didn't have a great experience. It has come as a real surprise to read of it first on this reviewing platform. If you had discussed all of this with our Resort Management Team, your experience would have been very different. They collectively have the authority and facilities to deal with all this while you are in resort. Their contact details are on the notices in the bedrooms, boot room of the chalet and on your pre departure information. They also call into the chalet regularly. You did book through an agent and therefore if you had contacted us direct then we could have happily passed on any requests/requirements you might have had. We will take this up with the agent that you booked with as we have never refused to discuss any client's holiday with them prior, during or post departure. It is clear in all the pre departure information about the toiletries, the days off, our driver service times and the rooms cleaning. You were sent the pre departure information document four times directly from us and again from the agent from the time you first booked. Please note that due to strict Employment Regulations, in France, our staff are restricted to working hours hence why the bedrooms and bathrooms are fully cleaned for your arrival and then midweek. We operate chalets not hotels. We do hope that the other elements of the holiday; Lift pass delivery, minibus service, ski hire, lifts and the location of Chalet Chardon lived up to your expectations. We also hope that you enjoyed everything the Three Valleys has to offer for skiing during your stay. Again it is such a shame you didn't bring any of this to the attention of our Management team. We do feel that all your concerns could have been dealt with in resort. It's a real shame as our UK report only notes that Matt and Oli thoroughly enjoyed hosting you and your family that week.
