Having taken the time to review the handling of your order with us, I would firstly like to apologise for what you identify as a lack of communication on our part. We take comprehensive internal measures to ensure all of our clients are properly informed in how their order is progressing and their expected delivery date. In the past 2 months, we have taken significant steps to develop technologies which will support and aid our communication further, so that we can continue to improve our standards.
Looking at the timeline from the enquiry to when the order was complete, we can see that you originally enquired on a Vauxhall Insignia. Our Account Manager, who handled your enquiry initially, advised you that you would be better placed to take out a lease of the VW Golf GTD, which represented better value and superior desirability. Additionally, with the VW Golf GTD being a stocked vehicle offer, it meant that the lead time on this vehicle would have been substantially shorter than the factory built Vauxhall Insignia. As a result, we believe that we provided you with a package that exceeded your initial expectations whilst maintaining your budget and a shorter lead time than a factory built vehicle.
However, with that being said, we do aim to provide our customers with accurate and frequent communication. For that we can only apologise and endeavour to continually train out staff to better use the systems and procedures we have in place.
