Thank our for your feedback. We always do try to resolve matters, and we are disappointed we couldn’t on this occasion, but we feel it is very clear that the product is advertised correctly.

It is clear now - only because you amended the description on the website. The name tag was very prominent in the photos for the product. It has changed now - but before you amended the description there was no mention that the tags weren’t included. Any other place settings I have bought in the past included cards to write names. Despite what you say - it wasn’t clear at all when I made the purchase, it is only clear now after I complained

Hello, yes, we did go back as review our copy and amend it as a result of your feedback. The original did not advertise that the cards came with the globes. We have just made that clearer. Thanks again.

Hi. Further to your feedback, we are sorry you weren’t completely satisfied, however, we do not sell these items with the cards. We feel we are very clear about this on the product page. The items were substantially reduced, and no comment is there that mentions any other item is included that is in the imagery. I hope this helps. Kind regards.

We never sell secondhand goods, so we are sorry if this box has been damaged - whilst we check everything before despatch, we cannot have that control once it leave so our warehouse.
