Can’t rate the product,it still hasn’t arrived.

As it still hasn’t arrived,after promising a Saturday delivery a week ago,I can’t give aoditive feedback.

Good morning, I have spoken to Royal Mail and they have confirmed that they have lost the parcel so we are going to send a replacement out. Unfortunately, we are out of stock of this item at this moment but it is on order and we expect it in shortly. We will send it out as soon as it arrives.
