Good afternoon, We have checked our records and order order was shipped on the 27th of May. As you did not pay priority postage, you order was posted by Royal Mail First Class Signed for Post. Most of these orders arrive within a couple of days but we say to expect them 3-5 working days after dispatch which would take it up to tomorrow. However, with circumstances as they are, deliveries are taking a bit longerat the moment Should you want further information, you can check the despatched email for a tacking number. Although it will not tell you where your parcel is, it will tell you if Royal Mail have attempted delivery. Thank you once again for your time and I hope you have a great day. Allcures

Never received tracking number, contacted customer service multiple times.. nothing will be getting a refund idk how but I will trust me :)
