order placed all good, the product arrived ok -they were placed as seperate orders but all arrived as 4 items in one box-dissappointingly i needed the other 2 items in a seperate box so they could...

Both your orders hit the free postage level so there was no P&P to refund. However, i have refunded our standard P&P rate as an apology. In the future, please let us know if you want your parcels sent separately and we will make sure they are.
