Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. I have checked your order and it was placed after we shut for Christmas (I believe this was mentioned on the shipping page). We shipped your order when we came back on the 29th of December and it was delivered 4 working days later on the 4th of January. We apologise if you feel that your order was delayed but your order was delivered within 3-5 working days of despatch as we state in our website even if the bank holiday made it seem longer. Absolutely shambolic, my order was sent to the wrong address, I rechecked after the order was delivered and I used the correct address.

Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. We did send the order to the correct address but there was an issue with Royal Mail sorting the order that meant that the address was not recognised. When this was pointed out to us we immediately arranged for a replacement order to be sent out that was delivered on the 4th of January.
