No goods, no information, lost my money so far.

HI there, Did you contact customercare@allcures.com ? You should have received an e-mail when the order was disaptched - please check your spam in case it nded up there. When placing the order, the information that the delviery would be made by the 29th November was showing and your order wuld be delivered by this time. This is due to Royal Mail strikes. I will resend the tracking number for you now. Please contact us in case you have not received it.
