Had to wait 2 weeks before getting my delivery, Even though it says in stock and 2 to 3 days delivery on the website, and had to contact Alexander’s for updates.

Hello Mr Broadhurst,We are very sorry for the delay in delivery but at the time the Coolpoint delivery team and couriers were only working 2 days a week due to the pandemic and reduced staffing. Missing products
Didn't receive the venting kit that I was told would come as a mail order separately to the tumble drier.

Hello,We can only apologise for the delay in receiving the venting kit as these are sent via a different courier company to the appliances. Of course with most couriers at the moment there can be delays in delivery due to the pandemic but our sales team did their best to remedy the issue at the time. Many thanks, Alexanders Direct

Dont order
Terrible ordered for next day delivery and paid an extra £70 and got the item a week later and no money back!

Very good service .
Very fast delivery . The guys that delivered washing machine unpacked it for me . Before they arrived they called me to tell me when they will be arriving. Very good service.
