AlertElectrical.com Recensioni

Good morning Mark, Apologies for the error in the item you were sent and for the fact you've not had any contact from us. All emails that are sent through the website or to our main email address, support@support.alertelectrical.com, are logged and I can't see any ever being received from your email address. I do know we've had some problems with our emails though, as a few other customers have had no response to their emails the first time they send them, and as explained to them too, it's been because we haven't been receiving them. However, we're available by phone on 0115 824 0259 Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm in case you need a quicker resolution or you don't hear back within a day of sending your email. As for the item you've received, I'd be more than happy sending you the correct item, as chances are it's simply a warehouse error. Feel free to contact me either by phone or my direct email address, which is sam@alertelectrical.com. If you can let me know what exactly it is you've received and a day that you'd be able to take delivery of the correct item, I can send DPD to your address where they'll deliver the correct item and take that wrong off of you to be returned back to us. Kind regards, Sam Hayman

Good Morning Mr West. Unfortunately the information that was provided to you was the information given to ourselves by Linda at Jeani Accessories. As advised on our phone call she stated that there was a delay on this item due to a manufacturing delay and this was also the same for the other unit you asked myself to see if we could obtain and she also stated that this unit was not in stock with other suppliers as she had checked. We can clearly see now that this information provided to us and then advised to yourself was not the case and this has been taken up with the managers at Jeani Accessories. With regards to your refund this was processed in full on the same day as our telephone conversation. Again please accept my apologies for all of this. Because of the false information provided to us by Jeani Accessories there products have been d-listed from our website until they have sufficient stock to complete orders we get for these items. Kind Regards Nathan Swann
