Good morning Sandip, Apologies for the delay with your order. Unfortunately, with the Tass range of products, we don't keep a large enough quantity of stock in our warehouse to have fulfilled your order instantly, as it's such a difficult product to keep stock of for a number of reasons. Due to that fact and that your order was placed on December 18th - the last Friday before Christmas, at which point many of our suppliers had already shut down for Christmas so we weren't able to obtain any extra stock before the new year - we had no way to get your goods to you as soon as necessary. Again, apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Kind regards, Sam Hayman

Good afternoon Keith, Apologies for being unable to supply your order in the time you needed it. I can see that your order was placed in the afternoon on December 18th - the last Friday before Christmas. Unfortunately our supplier was already shut down for Christmas at that point, so our order for your item was not actioned until the first Monday of 2016, which was January 4th. That's the reason for the extended delay. We've had many delays with Armeg recently, so for the foreseeable future we won't be selling their products online. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Sam Hayman
