Thank you for taking the time to let us have your feedback, we are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience. We sincerely hope that you will not need to make a claim. However, please be assured that if that time does ever come you do not need to log into your online account in order to make a claim, there is a dedicated 24 hour claims helpline for the Age UK Home Insurance policy which is 0345 602 5273. Also we can arrange for a copy of our policy documents to be sent out to you in the post. Please contact our customer services team on 0800 055 6205 or email customer.relations@ageuk.co.uk if you would like us to arrange this for you.
