Thanks for your valued feedback. We appreciate you have considered giving us a 5 star review but understand you feel unfairly treated by the assessment process. We do in fact have an assessment appeals procedure and a customer complaint process, both of which you have not engaged with. The instructor has confirmed that you agreed you were ready for your assessment, The assessment was then declared as an assessment by the instructor before you started it. At the end, you were informed why you failed the assessment (hitting a cone - of which was also highlighted before your assessment). In turn, we had offered you a free re-assessment at a time convenient to us but you were unable to make that date. We take pride in our consistent standards of training and customer service and we will continue to work with you so that you are competent in the workplace - please feel free to contact us if you require any further assistance.
