Its quite hard to understand your feedback as you mention the 'tutors' were unprofessional when you were only trained by one tutor, This is quite unfair on the other tutors we employ at the company considering we have over 4700 positive reviews from very happy customers - 1 of these 5 star reviews was actually from the course you attended for the tutor your calling unprofessional. Our customer service is impeccable and had you not threatened a long standing member of staff along with many other threats to the company we would have quite happily of dealt with this matter in a completely different way.
