Good morning - each childcare voucher provider can take anywhere up to 4 weeks to submit their payment to our Accounts Department, until this comes through, our system will send an automated email chasing payment every 7 days - as soon as your vouchers come through the system is updated, and you will receive a new email confirmation containing the updated balance - kind regards Michelle
