Told I needed a basic knowledge (Electrical) of the course I wanted. Paid the deposit. Turn up for course what was taught well but was way past basic knowledge had no idea what they was talking...

I am disappointed that you feel this way about your 17th Edition course, we have been running 17th Edition since it was born in 2008 and 16th Edition before it. Our pass rates have always been 1st class and its one of those courses that never has any issues. We have customer focused procedures in place that deals with candidates issues promptly, had you have come to the office to voice your concerns, I’m confident that our staff would have made sure you were indeed on the right course or moved to a course that you feel would have suited your level more appropriately. I would also like to point out that when you left your course on Monday the balance was and is still outstanding. I have tried to call you today to rectify any issues you feel you may have, we are happy to refund your £150 deposit or transfer it to a course that suits you. I just wish you had given me the opportunity to rectify this avoiding any ill feelings you may have towards our company. Hope to hear from you soon. Chris Thompson

After contacting Able skills, I had a good chat with Chris whom refunded my deposit and was very helpful indeed. I think my comments on able skills would of been alot different if i had talked to someone in the office rather than left. I Would still recommend Able skills to anyone looking for training, As i said before the course was taught well.

The plumbing courses I studied on we're excellent, but the gas managed learning course was not as good, it covered a large amount of theory and not enough practical work on gas appliances
