thank you for your feedback. We are not currently considering offering free returns. We offer free UK delivery over £75 and free exchanges on all orders and this is quite costly for us. We have concerns that offering free returns may encourage orders which result in a greater % of returns and we want to avoid this. I hope you understand although it is not something we have ruled out for the future.
