We are very sorry to hear you will not be choosing to shop with us again. We offer free delivery on all orders over £50. However, yes you are correct we do ask that customers cover the cost of return of items back to us. We do provide all the returns information along with how to return this through the post office or Collect +, if there is any confusion on how to do this then please do not hesitate to give us a call. We do take your comments on board and will be considering pre-paid returns for the future.

We are very sorry to hear you feel this way. I have looked into this for you and have been informed that due to a faulty shoe we refunded you in full and asked that you destroy the shoes. We also offered you a further 20% off your next order as a way of an apology. We do try to ensure that all shoes that are sent out to our customers are throughly checked first, but can see that this was not the case in your order, so we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. if you would like to discuss this further then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Although advertised as next day delivery, the packages came 5 days later! This has happenned to me again ordering from step2.

I have looked into this for you, although we do not advertise as next day delivery unless in our main warehouse; you are however correct, as your confirmation stated next day delivery. I have liaised with our warehouse and can see this was dispatched a day later than it should have been, which is very odd. We apologise for this, as this is not the normal procedure on orders such as yours. We will try to ensure this does not happen again. If you notice your order has not been dispatched then feel free to give us a call or email and we can look into this for you, whichI can see you did!
