I am sorry you did not receive your costume in time - unfortnately you did not select priority delivery and so we sent it out in the first class post and with the recent weather and Christmas this is taking a couple of extra days to arrive. I will send you a prepaid label to return the costume to us.

I am sorry you received the incorrect hat - we had a stock error on the one you ordered and when we tried to reorder it it was sold out by our supplier so we substitued it with a similar one. You should have recieved an email to let you know about it and I am sorry you were not informed. I will send you a returns form in case you decide to return it.
