Many thanks in advance, Will". I received a three word answer - "not a problem" - from your Matthew Coppard, which felt evasive and gave none of the excellent detail you've now added. So what did I expect? Perhaps a little more detail, an estimated time frame for you to deliver. I've given an honest review, and taken my time to provide you with valuable voice of the customer feedback. With respect, you'd do better to take it on board than to respond in the manner in which you have, but hey, it's your business. All the best.
