Thank you for your comments about the poor customer service you experienced when placing your order. I have checked the history of your order and the fact that you were given incorrect information re the stock status of the jean, and also received an item you did not order is not acceptable. I have taken this up with the call centre manager, and the member of staff you dealt with has now had extra training and will not make the same mistake again. Thanks for these comments, if we never got any feedback we would not be aware of the mistakes we make and would never improve. Thanks again. Kind regards Tony Brown
