I am sorry that our online systems did not work as expected and that you were unable to complete your quotation. We experienced two brief service interruptions in December, and I suspect that you unfortunately encountered one of these. I did not purchase but only got a quote. I then got a follow-up phone call at 10am on a Sunday morning. I dont think this is appropriate for business insurance
