Refund actions need to be faster. I returned 6 items on 5 Dec.....2 acknowledged on 16 Dec....refund still o/s......other 4 items not yet acknowledged by 20 Dec...this chain is concerning....easy for...

Thank you for your feedback regarding your returns. As stated on our website, returns can take up to 30 days to be processed. However I can confirm that your items have been received, the information is now with our finance team to be processed.
I would definitely buy from Zoggs again as it is the only make of swimming costume I wear,
Order arrived within a few days exactly what I wanted. I do quite a bit of aqua fit and they are excellent...
