During the ordering process, the website asks that the purchaser makes certain that they have checked all details are correct before ordering (ie the engraving details). Which I did.

We clearly remember this order and can only apologise to this Gentleman who was extremely unlucky to have had such a bad experience with us, not once but twice. It was an extremely busy time for us but this should not detract from the poor service we gave. We do hope, however, that we eventually resolved the issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
