Should have arrived 2 days earlier than it did, & I had to collect as I'd gone out on the day you tried to deliver, but I'm happy with the product .

As discussed in our email correspondence we believe this was simply down to the 'fluffing' of the garland however, we also offered for you to return the garlands to us where we would check the garland for any faults, which I understand you chose not to do.
