We’re sorry to hear that the tour didn’t meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments on the itinerary, the Adventure Leader's performance, and the group dynamics. We'll review these points internally to ensure improvements are made.
Regarding the weather-related cancellations, we understand the frustration however these were a part of Hakone Free pass, so were already paid for in advance, and we did not get any refunds here when they are cancelled. We are sorry this was not made clear during the tour. For future we’ll make sure our Adventure Leaders convey this message and look at how we can look into offering alternative options as compensation in the future.
