Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your concerns. Firstly, let us assure you that your week is registered for sale on our system and is clearly visible as available to our consultants.
The fact that you have chosen not to have your week listed on our website does not exclude, in any way, your week from being offered out to potential purchasers.
Advertising on our website is an optional service and may generate more enquiries on your specific week, but rest assured, if you do obtain any offers on your week, you will always be contacted and notified.
With regards to your membership, we assume you are referring to your membership to our exchange club. A year's free membership is automatically given, free of charge, on a first purchase, but not on any subsequent purchases. If you wished to renew your membership, this is a low cost of just £30. If you would like us to arrange this for you, please let us know.

Thank you for your feedback and we regret the fact that you are not entirely happy with the services you have received from us.
I would also like to thank for your time on the telephone yesterday. As mentioned, the resort that you used to own at are not necessarily known for their responsiveness when dealing with questions and requests for updates from ourselves and at times seem to like to only respond to requests from owners directly and not from companies acting on your behalf. We are sorry that this impacted on you and can assure you that we are constantly striving to get the resort agree to be more helpful and responsive.
No fault with the service. They coped well and pleasantly with questions about Macdonalds in the 10 months waiting time. They persevered to a successful conclusion. Many Thanks.
